Terms and Conditions for Deja Clean

1. Service Agreement: By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document. Services provided will be as agreed upon in the service contract.

2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer. Late payments may incur a fee.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Liability: Deja Clean is insured and will take reasonable care in performing services. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process unless caused by our negligence.

5. Access to Property: Clients must ensure that our staff have access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is not granted, the scheduled service may be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before our cleaning staff arrive. Deja Clean is not responsible for any loss or damage to such items. we don’t move funrniture to avoid breaking and scratching floor

7. Satisfaction Guarantee: If clients are not satisfied with our service, they must notify us within 24 hours for us to address the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns.

8. Changes to Terms: Deja Clean reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Late fees if payment is made later than 25 hours is subject to pay £10
